Have good organizational skills with completing paper work and managing refrigeration/parts inventory. Average skill level with rigging, handling, and moving equipment. Seek out and correct potential problems before they occur. Requirements: Formal apprenticeship with 4 or more years of training, have at lest 3 years of experience as a Journeyman in servicing and repair of equipment, HVAC Master or Journeyman license in at least one State (VA, MD or DC), CFC Universal certificate, Must be able to pass Top Secret clearance through the Dept. of Defense, Must pass drug tests.
